Our STEAM Team winning the Championship in a Product Design Competition

Congratulations to our school STEAM Team on their winning the Championship in ‘Carbon-Neutrality’- Green Innovative and Creative Product Design Competition (大灣區學界『碳中和』綠色創新創意大賽) organized by the Hong Kong Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association(HKWPEA).

The participants in the competition included:

The main theme of the competition is to design a green living product using construction waste. Our students recycled the non-inert substance in construction waste: bamboo to create an “Intelligent Bamboo Venetian Blind” with an automatic steering system.

Our students’ great work is a testament to their talent, creativity, huge efforts and commitment to excellence. We are proud of their marvelous innovative product, and we also extend our appreciation to our teachers for guiding and supporting them throughout the competition.

比賽的主題是使用建築廢料設計綠色生活產品。我校學生選擇了以建築廢料中的非惰性物質——竹子，創造了一個配備自動轉向系統的「智能『竹』百葉簾」。

學生的出色工作證明了他們的才華、創造力、努力和追求卓越的承諾。我們為他們的創新產品感到自豪，也要向指導和支持我們的老師表達感謝。
