The Tourism and Hospitality Studies Department of our school organized an enrichment activity during the post-exam period. Form 5 students taking Tourism and Hospitality Studies visited the Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees Hotel for a hotel tour and a table etiquette workshop.

During the activity, students not only learned and practiced formal Western dining etiquette, but also toured the hotel’s facilities and gained an in-depth understanding of its organizational structure. This experience reinforced what they had learned in class and allowed them to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting. Through this activity, students broadened their academic horizons and built an interest to pursue a career in the industry in the future.

本校旅遊與款待科於試後活動期間舉辦了學科增潤活動。中五級修讀旅遊與款待科的同學前往8度海逸酒店，參加酒店參觀及餐桌禮儀課程。

活動期間，同學們除了學習並實踐正式西餐餐桌禮儀外，亦參觀了酒店的各項設施，深入了解酒店的運作架構，加深了對課堂知識的認識和應用。透過是次活動，同學們不僅拓展了學科視野，亦對將來投身這個行業產生了興趣。
