Open application for Form 4 transfer students 2010-2011
2010 – 2011年度中四級插班生
How to apply
- Complete the downloaded application form
- Submit it to the office together with photocopies of Form 2 and Form 3 report cards and any other relevant documents on or before 28 July 2010.
- Applicants will be invited to sit for an entrance test on Chinese, English and Mathematics and attend an interview in English on 3 August 2010.
申請須知
- 本校2010-2011年度有少量中四插班生學位，現正接受報名。
- 申請人填妥表格後，連同有關文件正副本，親自交回本校校務處。截止申請日期﹕28-7-2010
- 申請人須帶備下列文件，以作即時核對﹕
- 填妥之插班申請表
- 申請人的香港身份証 (正本)
- 中二及中三級成績表 (正本及副本)
- 任何獎狀或學術以外成就的証明文件影印本
- 手續辦理後，學生將於3-8-2010參加入學試及面試。入學試包括中、英、數三科，面試將以英語進行。
