Sports & Recreation is the only non-academic compulsory subject in the college.
Aims
To enable students to understand the relationship between physical activity, physical fitness and general health.
To enable students to acquire knowledge, techniques and skill and to cultivate aesthetic appreciation of a variety of selected activities.
To cope with students' stress by involving them in sports & recreational activities.
To encourage students' continuous participation in sports & recreational activities.
Implementation
A double period is arranged for students every week. Students may select 2 to 5 courses from the choices provided. Each course would last for 3-4 teaching weeks.

Besides sports courses, theories and practice of physical fitness will be introduced to students as a compulsory course for developing students’awareness of keeping lifelong fitness.
